Carey Anderson – Owner

Carey has been a stylist for 18yrs. She moved from Davenport, IA. Where she was owned and operated a full day spa called Roar Salon Day Spa and Art Gallery. Carey always wanted a Salon on the Beach, something very much relaxed from everyday life. She discovered Tybee Island, GA in September 2007 and fell in love with it. The Salon Isobe was opened in December 2007. Her specialties are custom mens, womens, and children’s hair cuts, Special occasion up-styles and Multi dimensional colors.

Natalie Gordon – Master Stylist

Natalie has been a stylist for 23yrs and is the former owner of Sea Strands Salon. She Specializes in Color & mens and womens haircuts and styles. Highlighting and color are her expertise.

Amy Kresse

Amy moved to the Tybee Island area to be with fiance’ Robyn Callaghan, Active duty Army Ranger. Amy has been doing hair since 2003 in Kansas City, MO. Specializing in wedding & prom up-do’s. She has also studied extensively in braiding and extensions. Amy also does cuts for women, men and children.

Lin Walsh – Nail Technician

Lin Walsh has been an islander all of her life at heart. She moved to Tybee Island in 1994 following a short lived life at Skidaway Island. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, her flair for personal awareness and grooming come natural to the laize fair attitude straight from her creole, fun loving heritage. Lin says, “I have, and do spend so much time in the serious side of life with my mortgage business of over 20 years, that my time at Salon Isobe (Salon by The Sea) gives me an opportunity to get to know the locals and tourists while exchanging a smile and helping everyone relax while enjoying our island.
